BEFORE Shipping: If you wish to edit or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been shipped you can call or WhatsApp Our customer Service team on +2 010099228840. Make sure to have your Order number in hand, to discuss what practical options are available to you.

However, if you wish to return or exchange the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 14 days without giving any reason, even if the Product is not defective.   • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to refund or exchange products.
