Our family business has been in the market since 1966 as an apparel manufacturer and wholesaler. However, seeing the colossal quality gap in the Egyptian undergarments market prompted us to diversify our business by entering the market as a retailer. Our goal is to fill the quality gap and make a difference in your everyday life through providing comfortable and quality clothing.

We pride ourselves on using the most advanced tailoring technologies. We oversee every step of the production process because details matter and so do you. We start by selecting the most cultivating edgy designs and the finest of fabrics (a.k.a Egyptian cotton) and then proceed to knit the yarn and use the latest tailoring tech. To add, we are ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified in delivering high-quality products.

We use the most delicate and luxe types of fabric to ensure that they are gentle to your skin and will allow freedom of movement and comfort in lounging.
Forma's tailoring specialists make sure to design quality clothing, loungewear and undergarments for the whole family's comfort and contentment. Our collections are made of cozy fabrics and generous cuts to make sure that you will be restful in whichever Forma’s piece of clothing you choose to wear.

We know you have many choices when it comes to buying clothes and undergarments, but we also know that you deserve the best. Therefore, we source only the softest materials for our collections, meaning you will be able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep or a relaxing day in our clothing ranges.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on Forma within 15 days of the delivery date, except Underwear Products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE


BEFORE Shipping: If you wish to edit or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been shipped you can call or WhatsApp Our customer Service team on +2 010099228840. Make sure to have your Order number in hand, to discuss what practical options are available to you.


AFTER Shipping: We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 14 days without giving any reason, even if the Product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to refund or exchange products.
  • Refund or exchange cost will be the same as you paid for shipping the order.
  • Make sure the item(s) you want to exchange, or refund are in "as new" condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any items which have been provided free-of-charge with the bought products must also be returned.
  • Hygiene and our customers' safety is super important, so underwear, socks, and towels will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
